The Beginning: A dream born of an ambitious vision

In 2024, the Eagle Project was established to soar in the skies of Saudi tourism, inspired by Saudi Vision 2030 , which laid out a roadmap for a future nation thriving with opportunity.

Vision 2030 was not just a plan; it was a beacon that lit the path for youth, entrepreneurs, and change makers.

Nisr was launched from this torch, with a pioneering idea that aims to connect tourists with local guides, using smart technology and a live experience that conveys the beauty of Saudi Arabia to the world.

With Vision 2030... challenges turned into successes

Nine years after the launch of the Vision, and with the launch of the Vision 2025 Annual Report, we are proud that NESR was — and continues to be — part of the national transformation story:

• Who supports entrepreneurship?
• To promote sustainable tourism
• To empower Saudi youth

Nesr is a true example of how ambitious ideas can be transformed into successful projects with the support of the vision and its programs.

Eagle... A quick journey towards excellence

In just its first year of operation, Nesr has achieved remarkable accomplishments:

• Winning first place in the National Competition for Solving Tourism Challenges (Facilities).
• Graduated among the first startups in the Tourism Development Fund's programs.
• Training more than 5,000 Saudi trainees in the fields of tourism and guidance.
• Launching the Kingdom's first smart tour guide, powered by artificial intelligence.
• Partnerships with more than 50 local tourism entities.
• Achieve your first commercial revenue and expand your user base.

All these achievements would not have been possible without the environment created by Vision 2030.

Eagle 2025... Continuing towards the future

Today's Eagle does not see the vision report as an end point... but rather a new beginning:

• We are preparing to launch advanced smart tour guidance services.
• We are working to connect more guides and tourist facilities with tourists and visitors.
• We continue to empower Saudi youth, both men and women, to become leaders of the next generation in the tourism sector.

Vision 2030 continues to propel us forward... and we at Nisr continue to soar.
